  They are slow and mix orders sometimes. I understand that you can't requests great service and smiles in place like this but I am a regular and so far I met only one friendly worker here. At least this place is clean.

  The worst experience at Tim Hortons ever... service is slow, employees with attitude, they never get a simple order right, they never have blueberry muffins or sesame bagels... dealing with them made me want to go to the McDonald's down the street instead... I'm sure many people feel the same!

  They almost always get my order wrong, and I go here quite regularly. The staff are very impatient sometimes, especially at the drive-thru.

  Might as well just call it Park-Thru because they make you park on the side and wait for your ordrer.
  Wtf? Coffee is bad, service is too most of the time.
  The other Timmy, on the service road is so much better. I mean making anybody who gets more than a coffee park on the side and wait? Is this A&W of the 80's?

  SERIOUSLY?!?!? 14 Minutes to bring me out my farmers wrap? Unacceptable. Management needs to wake up

  Charged me extra for the extra hash brown but didn't put the ony inside the farmers wrap. It was soggy and barely warm. Make me late for work and overcharged... way to go Tim. You just lost another daily costomer to McDonald's.

  Close to my office only use it when I have to... surly staff that are just plain rude , Service is horrible and they mix up orders... Manager does not seem to care a rats ass when you complain
